NCISGibbs84: Hey Davie, I was wondering (not for this fly but,) is it possible to use Lady Amherst Center Tail to make married wings (along with goose)? Or what would I use to make a married wing that has the same coloration as Lady Amherst Center Tail?

lisa colbourne: i have caught many salmon , and have used the silver doctor , low water style , but not so dressed has this 1,, i like your videos and find them very , very informative , i would like to see u do a video tying the thunder and lightining in a a low water style on a #10 hook! ty !

spaycast: Hi Davie, Would you do the low water feather wing version of the blue charm please? would like to tie some up to fish, i know the hair wing is popular now but would be nice to fish with the original. Haven't seen you in the Glasgow angling centre on a Sunday Davie, do you still do your monthly tying class? Best regards. Alan.

spaycast: Hi Davie, Really impressed with this traditional low water fly, would love to see you do another pattern in this style with the married feather wings. could you do one at some time? Many thanks. Alan.

TotallyFlyTying Strawhorn: Hi Davie, Is the feather at 7:10 the same kind of feather you used for the top layer off the married wing? Im really confussed about Teal and flank, are they the same thing with different names? Thanks, Best regards, ~David

fishinwflies: Very nice tie, the wings came out perfect. Where did you find Mallard that long?
